Pricing Guide 2021

Every project is different, therefore we don’t like to offer set prices. Each client has different budgets, expectations and goals.

That said, we can also work backwards from a budget. Knowing what we've got to work with and what you’re trying to achieve, allows us to make some really considered decisions to get the most bang for buck.

If you're unsure, we can always create an itemized quote with various options. Please contact us directly to discuss the specifics of your project.

Some variables that impact the cost of a project include:

  • Pre-Production Requirements (Treatments, concept development, scouting, hiring talent/models etc.)

  • Number of crew required (More commonly required for bigger projects with a bigger scope and more complex shoot)

  • If an edit is required for TV Advertising (This delivery requires a different music license, ClearAds approval fee, delivery fee to stations, as well as more costly licensing for most voiceover artists)

  • If a professional voiceover artist is required (We can provide options at different price points, and at varying qualities)

  • Complexity of the edits

  • Number of video edits required & lengths of each edit

  • If edits are required in varying aspect ratios (i.e. adaptation to vertical and/or widescreen)

  • If you are requiring ‘Individual Clip Delivery’ (A library of useable clips from the shoot(s))

Post-Production

Number of hours varies greatly depending on the complexity of the edit or the application of visual effects and/or logo animations.

As a general guide - 1x Day of production is often equal to 1x Day of post-production.

however this may vary depending on the chosen deliverables.

Further information

  • Video Production will be delivered in 4k resolution with or without subtitles.

  • For a small fee, the project can be converted into a DCP so that it can be used for cinema advertisements.

  • If the project is intended to be televised, please contact me for a more detailed quote.

  • Additional fees may apply if a script or storyboard is required by MBV.

  • Additional fees apply if requiring a professional actor/actress or professional voice over artist.

  • For projects outside the Swan Hill Region, travel & accommodation are calculated on a project by project basis.
