MBV will not be taking on any new wedding bookings moving forward.

I started capturing weddings over a decade ago and have been a part of 100+ beautiful celebrations! Time to announce my retirement…

This may not be forever, but for the next few years I’ve made this decision so that I will be able to service my commercial clients better in the future and pursue other filmmaking endeavors that will allow me to have a more balanced life outside of work. 

I still love capturing weddings, but it has meant I’ve worked non-stop for lengthy months and have missed out on a lot of life.

I will still take great pride and joy in capturing close to 25 weddings still to come (And many beautiful films still to edit), and I will give them all the same care and love. So, you’ll still see plenty of wedding films on my social media until 2027. I will also still honor those who have inquired or are already penciled in if they would like to proceed. 

To be clear—I’m not moving away or disappearing. I’ll still be working full-time as a filmmaker here in Swan Hill and beyond, just shifting the focus in a couple of years and trying to look after myself in a more sustainable way.
